Returns & Exchanges
Returning or exchanging your product is easy. You will have to notify SECOND DEPARTMENT within 14 days after receiving your order that you wish to return or exchange your purchased item(s). You are able to notify us by email info@SECONDDEPARTMENT.com. SECOND DEPARTMENT will book your return and apply you with a return address. After notifying us, you will have 14 days to send us the purchased order/item back. Kindly note to only send items you have a return authorization for and solely use the address we have provided you. The buyer pays for the return costs.
When you would like to exchange an item because the fit is not right, please contact us at info@SECONDDEPARTMENT.com to check if your replacement size or colour is in stock. The return policy below applies on all exchanges.
If you wish to cancel and return your order altogether, please email us at info@SECONDDEPARTMENT.com as explained above within 14 days after, or a third party designated by you (who is not the shipping company) has received the order. We endeavor to ship all items that you have ordered in one shipment. If this would not be the case, this 14 day period starts after the day that you have received the last item. It is not necessary to inform us about the reason you want to cancel or return your order. After notifying us, you have 14 days to send us the purchased order back to the return address applied to you by us. All cost made for return are paid by the buyer. SECOND DEPARTMENT will refund of all amounts paid to SECOND DEPARTMENT, within 14 days after we have received the items. The refund will be issue through the same means of payment used during the purchase.
Please remember that the financial responsibility for the returned item(s) is yours until we have received the item(s), so we recommend that you only use the return address we have provided you with and preferably the packet service we advice you.
Returned items should have their tags still attached. Please note that if the returned item has decreased in value, for reasons other than to carefully determine whether the item fits, for instance when the item has been worn, then you are liable for such decrease in value.
All items returned or exchanged must be in original state with the original tags and packaging unworn, unused and undamaged. SECOND DEPARTMENT won’t accept items that are not in there original state anymore. All items that are send back damaged or used, will be send back to the buyer.
